great stay
clean room helpful receptionist great food
The room was cleaned very well daily. I found the receptionists very nice and helpful. Breakfast and dinner were included and offered a great variety. I especially appreciated the kindness of the waiters in the restaurant.
I found that neighbors smoking on the terrace was annoying. This caused sleep interruptions every night. The bathroom and toilet layout felt strange and lacked privacy.

The room included a large balcony equipped with chairs and a table. rooms have small windows. The modern bathroom features a separate toilet and a see-through shower screen, which some guests might find lacks privacy.

The hotel is close to a beautiful beach. There are two electric chargers from Iberdrola right outside the lobby. it is a bit far from the city center, requiring a tram or bus ride.

The staff was not attentive at the restaurant. I was ignored and waited a long time for service. This happened at both dinner and breakfast.

lovely stay with great amenities
excellent hallway rooftop bar pleasant staff
the hotel offers bright colors and an excellent hallway i saw a very pleasant restaurant area plus the staff seemed friendly the breakfast had a lot of variety. the hotel provided pools including a rooftop bar and restaurant it was in a pretty quiet area near the beach and tram station. i received an upgrade which was a nice touch the staff at the front desk were always pleasant.
the normal cappuccino was sweet i noticed the rooms are very soundproof.

the hotel sits close to a nice beach public transport is accessible and there are grocery shops and playgrounds nearby the hotel is conveniently located near the beach and the tram station providing easy access to the city center.

the hotel has well maintained public areas inside and outside the hotel includes multiple pools there is a rooftop pool and bar area. the hotel is perfectly clean with a quiet atmosphere and delicious pools for relaxation.

The staff was really friendly, especially at reception. the room was clean, and the breakfast had many options. the location is also accessible with a bus stop right outside. I found this very helpful!
the minibar was a bit of an issue, they said i took something, but i didn't. it took some time to sort it out, but it was eventually resolved.

breakfast had many choices and attentive staff collected empty plates quickly. the rooftop bar created a lovely atmosphere, it was nice for evening cocktails! two pools are available to relax and enjoy the sun.

The receptionists were approachable. They answered my questions in a friendly manner. the staff overall seemed very helpful, especially with directions! i felt very welcome.
